PPACG is the federally designated Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) for the Colorado Springs metropolitan area. As the MPO, PPACG is required to maintain a regional transportation plan and Transportation Improvement Program (TIP). These documents lay out what transportation projects will be programmed in the region. This website is specifically directed toward the plan and the planning process that goes along with it. Moving Forward Update
The Moving Forward Update is the name of our regional transportation plan and transportation improvement program. PPACG will adopt the Moving Forward Update in September 2011.
